This Privacy Policy describes how CWG Enterprises, LLC ("LineBuddies," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the LineBuddy iOS app (the "App").

a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: First name, last name, and email address (or data from your Apple ID when you sign in with Apple).
- User Content: Scripts and recordings you upload to the App.
b. Device Permissions
- Microphone & Speech Recognition: To listen to and analyze your spoken lines.
- Camera: To enable self-tape audition recording.
c. Automatically Collected Data
- Usage Data: App interactions (e.g., which features you use).
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide & Improve the App: Process scripts, run AI analysis, generate TTS, and record rehearsals.
- Account Management: Authenticate and manage your account.
- Marketing Communications: Send you updates, newsletters, and promotional materials (you may opt out at any time)
3. Data Storage & Security
- We store all personal data securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
- We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
4. Data Sharing
- Service Provider: Supabase acts as our data processor.
- No Sale or Rental: We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Your Choices
- Access & Correction: You may review or update your account information by contacting us.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- Permission Settings: You can revoke App permissions (microphone, camera) in your device settings, though revocation may limit functionality.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information as long as your account is active, plus a commercially reasonable time thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
