LineBuddies Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LineBuddies (the "App").

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App, available on iOS only, and constitute a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and CWG Enterprises, LLC ("LineBuddies," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you're under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration
You may sign in with Apple ID or register with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete information, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LineBuddies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, solely to access and use the App as permitted in these Terms.

4. User Content & Script Uploads
- You retain ownership of any scripts or materials you upload ("User Content").
- By uploading User Content, you grant LineBuddies a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, process, display, and use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload and use all User Content, including copyrighted material.

5. Prohibited Conduct
- Upload any scripts or content for which you do not hold necessary rights or permissions.
- Use the App for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App's software.
- Circumvent any security or content-protection features.

Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, at our sole discretion.

6. Right to Suspend or Terminate
LineBuddies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, without notice, if we suspect misuse, violation of these Terms, or for any other reason.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of LineBuddies and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Subscriptions and Billing
- LineBuddies offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate selected.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LINEBUDDIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEBUDDIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LineBuddies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
